Order processing

All Totty Rocks garments are made to order at our Edinburgh studio. Please allow up to 14 working days for production before dispatch. We will notify you by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and times

Standard shipping costs £10 within the United Kingdom and £20 to all other destinations. Orders over £300 ship free of charge.

Customs, duties and taxes

European orders: Since 1 January 2021, all UK-to-European shipments are subject to local VAT and customs handling fees on delivery. We currently ship on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis — VAT and any associated handling fees are payable by the customer to the carrier before the parcel is released. We do not collect these charges at checkout. This applies to all European destinations, including EU member states, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.

International orders (US, Canada, Asia Pacific): Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes determined by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Address accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal of customs charges, or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund of the order value, less original shipping costs and any non-recoverable carrier fees.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 21 working days of dispatch (UK) or 30 working days (international), please contact us at [email] so we can investigate with the carrier.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging.

Changes to orders

Once production has begun on a made-to-order piece, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering - we'll do our best to accommodate where production hasn't started.
