Order processing
All Totty Rocks pieces are made to order in our Edinburgh studio. Please allow up to 14 working days for production before dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
European orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, meaning VAT and customs charges are not collected at checkout and may be payable before delivery.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Totty Rocks cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Returned or refused parcels
If an order is returned due to non-collection, refusal of customs charges, or an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the order value minus original shipping and non-recoverable carrier fees.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 21 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international) from dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
For damaged deliveries, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the item and packaging.
Changes & cancellations
As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once production has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help before production starts.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
